Cookies

This website does not set any cookies itself and does not store any other data in your browser. There are no statistics or analysis of your user behavior.

Only when you load a video or the booking calendar may YouTube or meetergo use cookies or similar storage on your device. This only happens with your consent given by clicking (see section 4).

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in providing the website without technical errors and protecting it against attacks; the server log files are necessary for this.

This website is hosted on a web server operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the pages, IONOS processes the data listed above under “Server log files”. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

Contact form

If you write to us using the contact form, we process the details you enter there: your name, your email address and your message (required fields) and, if you wish, your company and your phone number. We use these details solely to answer your enquiry.

The form sends your details by email to our mailbox. The mailbox is operated by Microsoft (Microsoft 365). Your message is not stored on the web server itself. The server only stores the time of sending, without any reference to you, in order to limit large numbers of automatically sent messages. Times older than one hour are deleted the next time a message is sent.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or serves to prepare a contract. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep your message until your enquiry has been dealt with, you ask us to delete it, or the purpose of storage no longer applies. Statutory retention periods, in particular for business correspondence, remain unaffected.

4. Videos and Appointment Booking

YouTube videos with two-click solution

On some pages we show videos hosted on YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you open the page, only a preview image is loaded from our own server; there is no connection to YouTube at that point. Only when you click the preview image is the video loaded in the so-called privacy-enhanced mode from www.youtube-nocookie.com. In doing so, at least your IP address is transferred to YouTube, and YouTube may store or read information on your device. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by clicking the preview image (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time by reloading the page; videos are then only loaded after another click. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

For this we use the booking calendar of meetergo GmbH, Hauptstraße 44, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany. meetergo processes the data on our behalf; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with meetergo.

The calendar is only loaded when you click “Load the booking calendar” or open the booking page directly at meetergo via the link. Before that, there is no connection to meetergo. When it loads, technical data such as your IP address is transferred to meetergo. If you book an appointment, meetergo also processes the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, your email address and the chosen time, and passes them on to us. The conversation takes place as a video conference via Microsoft Teams.

The legal basis for loading the calendar is your consent, which you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time by reloading the page. The legal basis for the booking itself is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as it serves to prepare a conversation or a contract.
